Landscapes are our medium—and we shape them with uncompromising attention.
Velora Landscape was founded on a simple premise: outdoor spaces should feel like personal retreats. Guided by generational knowledge of Florida’s subtropical climate, an eye for architectural balance, and recognized with Parade of Homes design honors, we have evolved into a boutique design firm specializing in resort-style residential grounds and estate developments.
We do not shop from local commercial resale yards. Instead, we travel the state to hand-select specimen palms, rare exotics, and natural stones directly from top growers and quarries. Every element is chosen with deep foresight into how it will grow, settle, and mature over time.
“Our board and owners agree: our grounds have never looked more extraordinary.”
— Jack G., Nautilus at Holmes Beach
True boutique design means friction is removed. From our first conversation to the final placement of a specimen palm, your journey is entirely bespoke.
01
We walk your grounds to read the land—absorbing its architectural context, microclimates, and mature legacy flora to see what should be celebrated before drawing a single line.
02
Precision CAD modeling maps every hardscape line, botanical layer, and lighting fixture to your footprint before soil is moved.
03
We bypass standard suppliers, traveling the state to personally hand-select the most exceptional materials, stone, and flora.
04
Landscapes are living art. We remain by your side as your sanctuary matures, ensuring its design endures for generations.

Design Insight
Designing for Maturation & Growth Foresight
A common flaw in standard landscape design is overplanting for immediate fullness, which leads to overcrowded, suffocated gardens within three years. We design with horticultural foresight—placing palms and living botanicals where they have room to breathe, thrive, and reach their full architectural potential over 5, 10, and 20 years.
